high voltage thick film coolant heater
NF HVCH-Q
This high-voltage thick film type heater is suitable for electric/hybrid/fuel cell vehicles and mainly serves as the primary heat source for in-vehicle temperature regulation. It is applicable to both driving and parking modes. During the heating process, electrical energy is effectively converted into thermal energy by the thick-film heating component. Therefore, this product has a faster heating effect than internal combustion engines. It can also be used for battery temperature regulation (heating to working temperature) and fuel cell start-up loads.
Quantity:
We have launched a new product: a 7-15 kW thick film electric heater, which has been supplied in batches. This product has the advantages of ultra-high thermal efficiency, strong pressure resistance, ultra-long life, ultra-safety, and simple structure.
This high voltage thick film coolant heater utilizes thick-film heating technology to meet the high-voltage safety requirements of passenger vehicles. Furthermore, it meets the relevant environmental requirements for components within the engine compartment.

High-pressure film heaters are used to replace the engine block as the primary heat source. They work by supplying power to a thick-film heating element, causing it to heat up, and then heating the medium in the circulating piping of the heating system through heat exchange.
