The electronic water pump for new energy vehicles is a core component for coolant circulation that is equipped with a DC brushless motor and precisely controlled by the vehicle's thermal management system. It is designed specifically for the thermal management of the "three electric" systems of new energy vehicles and can completely replace the mechanical water pump in traditional fuel vehicles.

Its core function is to provide on-demand cooling and low-temperature preheating for the power battery, drive motor, motor controller and reducer. It can also work with the air conditioning system to heat the cabin and support the cooling needs of the engine in plug-in hybrid vehicles.
Application Fields
- Power battery thermal management: Cooling/preheating the power battery pack to ensure that the battery operates within the optimal temperature range, thereby improving range and lifespan.
- Drive motor cooling: Cool the drive motor to prevent it from overheating under high load and continuous output.
- Motor controller cooling: Cools power devices such as motor controllers, inverters, OBCs (on-board chargers), and DC-DC converters.
- Cabin air conditioning heating/preheating: Participates in the heat pump system or PTC heating circuit to provide heating, defrosting, and defogging for the vehicle interior.
- Vehicle thermal management system circulation: In conjunction with multi-loop thermal management, it achieves a reasonable distribution of heat among the battery, motor, electronic control, and air conditioning.
- Hybrid/Range Extender Vehicle Engine Cooling: In hybrid/range extender vehicles, coolant circulation in the engine cooling circuit is also taken into account.
