A Battery Thermal Management System (BTMS) is a comprehensive technology system for monitoring, regulating, and controlling the temperature of a power battery pack. Its core mission is to ensure that the battery always operates within its safe and efficient optimal temperature range under any external environment, and to maintain uniform temperature across all battery cells.
Simply put, BTMS is like a"smart temperature manager"for electric vehicle batteries-it prevents the battery from overheating or freezing, keeping it in optimal operating condition at all times.

Cooling Circuit Components:
Radiator: Dissipates heat from the coolant
Coolant Pump: Drives coolant circulation
Cooling Plate/Liquid Cooling Plate: Exchanges heat directly with the battery
Chiller (Battery Cooler): Exchanges heat between refrigerant and coolant
Multi-way Valve (Three-way/Four-way/Five-way/Six-way): Controls coolant flow direction
