To address the problem of battery range decline during winter and summer, a battery heat management system was developed. This system utilizes the residual heat from the motor to heat the battery and employs external radiators to cool the battery, thereby reducing the vehicle's energy consumption in winter and summer and enhancing the overall range of the vehicle.
 
 
Intelligent battery energy management control can intelligently adjust battery heating, cooling and the comprehensive utilization of residual heat based on the battery's own temperature, ambient temperature, and the temperature of the cooling fluid in the motor circuit. The control accuracy is ±1℃.
In winter, battery heating can utilize the motor's residual heat to warm the battery, reducing the energy consumption of PTC heating and increasing the driving range by 5% to 10%.
In summer, when the battery is overheated, it can be cooled by using the external motor radiator, reducing the energy consumption of the compressor and improving the overall driving range of the vehicle.
