The PTC electric heater module consists of PTC heating components, controllers and internal pipelines. The heating component is installed in the aluminum die casting, the aluminum die casting and the plastic casing form a closed circulation pipeline, and the cooling liquid flows through the heating body in a meander structure. The electrical control part is an aluminum die-cast body covered with a metal casing. The controller circuit board is secured with screws and the connector is directly attached to the circuit board.

This ptc coolant heater is specially designed for electric/hybrid/fuel cell vehicles and can mainly heat the interior in driving or parking mode. During the heating process, the battery can be efficiently converted into thermal energy by the PTC component.
The purpose of the PTC coolant heater in the application is to replace the motor block as the main source of heat. By supplying power to the PTC heating assembly, the PTC heating component is heated, and the liquid in the circulation line of the heating system is heated by heat exchange.
