The working principle of an electric air conditioning compressor is based on efficient energy conversion and precise cycle control. It converts electrical energy into mechanical energy through a built-in high-performance electric motor, driving the internal scroll structure. The core scroll assembly consists of a fixed scroll plate and a moving scroll plate meshing with it at a 180° phase difference. As the moving scroll plate rotates eccentrically around the fixed scroll plate, it continuously draws low-temperature, low-pressure refrigerant into the crescent-shaped cavity, gradually compressing it into high-temperature, high-pressure gas before discharging it into the air conditioning system, completing the refrigeration cycle. The equipment is equipped with an intelligent electronic control unit (ECU), which automatically adjusts the motor speed according to actual temperature requirements, achieving precise temperature control and energy-saving operation.
