Skills requirement

2. The electric steering pump assembly should be used under the specified conditions, and the steering limit position is not allowed to stay for more than 15s;
3. The assembly is prohibited from being severely impacted or dropped, and should be prohibited from being used after being impacted;
4. Neat appearance, no foreign matter, no damage and other defects;
5. The joint surface between the various parts of the assembly is good, there is no leakage, and the overall protection level is above lP67;
6. When the electric pump is installed, it is not allowed to be connected to the battery power supply. The instaliation location must have ventilation conditions, and closed installation is not allowed;
7. The rated voltage of this electric pump is 12V. lt is forbidden to connect with the power supply other than 18~32V or connect the power supply reversely, otherwise it will cause the controller and motor to be burned;
8.Oil working temperature:-40℃~+120℃(instantaneous 130°C);
9. Working environment temperature: -40℃~+50℃ (75℃ for a short time); working environment humidity: ≤90%;

11. This product needs to be connected to an external oil pot, otherwise the oil cup will vibrate and generate noise if there is air;
12.ECU control strategy requirements:
(1)Operating voltage range: busbar 9~16V (VDC), when the busbar voltage is lower than 10V, the power will be reduced, and the operation will automatically stop below 9V;
(2)Busbar specifications: lt is recommended that the busbar harness be within 2 meters, otherwise it will easily cause the voltage drop between the battery terminal and the input terminal to be too large; under peak power, the voltage drop between the battery terminal and the input terminal of the controller terminal is not allowed to exceed 10%;

(4) When the internal working temperature of the controller exceeds 80°C, the power is reduced, and if it exceeds 100℃, it will be shut down for protection, and the vehicle must be air-cooled during operation;
