The electric motor pump EHPS is a combination of "drive motor + steering hydraulic power pump". It is driven by an electric motor instead of a traditional engine, providing steering hydraulics for hybrid buses and electric buses. It is the power source and core component of the steering system.
Quantity:
1. The steering pump is driven by a fully enclosed, high-efficiency permanent magnet synchronous motor, ensuring enhanced sealing and reliability.
2. A smooth, impact-resistant flexible coupling is used for power transmission, significantly extending its service life.
3. The overall protection level reaches IP67, and a double insulation design ensures no electrical conduction between the motor and oil pump.
4. The motor and steering pump housings are constructed entirely of aluminum alloy, offering excellent performance such as low noise, light weight, and rapid heat dissipation
