Engineered with ceramic PTC heating elements, this high voltage coolant heater ensures rapid and efficient heat generation, significantly outperforming traditional internal combustion systems. Its innovative curved fluid path design maximizes heat exchange efficiency, while a fully integrated controller supports smart functions such as temperature protection, over-current/voltage safeguards, sleep mode, and multi-stage power adjustment.
The unit features six heating elements grouped into four independently controlled circuits, enabling flexible power output management and reduced inrush current during startup. This battery coolant heater not only accelerates warm-up times but also enhances energy efficiency and system durability.
To ensure operational safety, the HVCH requires correct installation—including proper grounding, correct polarity connection, and additional vehicle-side protections such as DC fusing and insulation monitoring.
