electric water valve
NFEL-3-55-24-C02
In new energy vehicle thermal management systems, electric water valves enable automated connection, cutoff, direction switching, and proportional regulation of coolant across various circuits through electronic control signals. The standard three way valve integrates the valve body, actuator, and bracket into a compact assembly. It utilizes a ball valve structure that switches water paths through rotation, with a travel angle of 90°, supporting both proportional adjustment and mode switching.

The electronic three-way valve is a core electronically controlled flow-diverting component within the liquid-cooling thermal management system of new energy vehicles. It operates in conjunction with electronic water pumps, PTC heaters, HVAC units (for heating and defrosting), and battery cooling plates to regulate the flow path of the vehicle's coolant circulation system, thereby overcoming the limitations of traditional mechanical thermostats, such as the inability to achieve precise temperature control or switch between multiple circuits.

Compared to configurations using multiple independent two-way valves, a single electronic three-way valve streamlines the layout of vehicle coolant lines and connectors, saves chassis installation space, and reduces assembly and material costs for manufacturers. By utilizing precise coolant flow distribution logic, it enables vehicle-wide waste heat recovery and zoned thermal control, effectively lowering the thermal management system's energy consumption; it is an essential component in integrated thermal management solutions for new energy commercial vehicles and construction machinery.
